New Students (Graduate & Undergrad):
To complete an online application there are 3 steps you will need to complete. Please make sure you complete each step.
NOTE: Failure to complete each of the following three steps will delay the processing of your student loan.
- Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note
- Stafford Loan Request
- Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling
Returning Students (Graduate & Undergrad):
You must complete the Stafford Loan Renewal.
If you prefer not to complete these forms online, you may obtain paper applications in the Financial Services office, or at your extension campus.
