The Master of Educational Administration (MEA) degree is a thirty-hour program designed to prepare the graduate student to be a principal in an elementary or secondary school. Quality instructors experienced in the field, guide each student in practical experiences to help the graduate student master leadership, supervision, administration, communication, and knowledge-based skills. This program meets all of the academic requirements for certification as a school principal by the state of Missouri. ATTEND FULL OR PART-TIME The flexible schedule allows you to take classes when your time permits. Courses are offered year-round and typically meet once a week for eight sessions.
